Golf course feasibility studies

The golf course design process normally begins with a detailed feasibility study in tandem with the preparation of initial design concepts.

This comprehensive study includes: demographic research, competitor analysis and an assessment of the physical features of the site including soils, vegetation, geology, irrigation, services and access.

Cost estimates for various design options are presented at this stage, based on current contractors’ rates. A feasibility study also comprises business plans, cash-flow forecasts and financial projections.

We co-ordinate and manage all aspects of the feasibility study, whilst working with top specialists in the industry as part of our team.
